With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we're committed to building long-lasting relationships with our customers and partners. **The Role** As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice behind our brand, helping customers with their questions, resolving concerns, and providing thoughtful product recommendations. You'll manage inbound and outbound communication across email, phone, and live chat, while also proactively reaching out to past customers to re-engage and drive repeat business.
