As a key member of our sales department, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with digital advertising companies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

* Foster collaborative partnerships between arenaflex and SMB virtual advertising companies (commonly local) and their advertisers * Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, budget owners, and organizations' decision-making processes * Craft consultative sales presentations to illustrate how arenaflex's marketing products can be applied to connect with customers * Lead training sessions to assist the company in becoming more adept at building and executing effective campaigns * Continuously surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals assigned by management while contributing to team targets * Identify new business partnerships that align with arenaflex's partner compliance and meet revenue expectations * Chart out agency structure and discover key choice makers, budget owners, and the organizations' decision-making process * Provide accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans * Interact with businesses regularly to nurture relationships, validate advertisers' wishes, and maintain arenaflex's partnership prominence * Collaborate harmoniously with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new clients

What It Takes to Succeed

* Proven success in achieving revenue goals in a prior position * Experience working with marketers at government ranges * Familiarity with Pay Per Click marketing (an advantage) * Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills * Adaptability, openness to startup environments, and ability to thrive in an ever-changing, rapid-paced workplace * Self-motivation, teamwork, and a demonstrated dedication to surpassing targets * Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce
