As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. If you're a customer service professional with a passion for animal health and a knack for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** As a Remote Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for: * Providing prompt and considerate service to all customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. * Ensuring that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency. * Maintaining performance levels to specified goals, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets, and contributing to the growth and success of our customer service team. * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. * Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies, ensuring that you have a deep understanding of our offerings and can effectively communicate their value to customers. * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and best practices. **Education & Experience:** * High School Diploma or GED * 1 year of Call Center or Animal Health Experience * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on building strong relationships and resolving complex issues. * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with working from home. **Skills & Abilities:** * Knowledge of customer relations theory and practices, with a strong understanding of the principles of excellent customer service. * Skills in operating computers, with proficiency in a range of software applications, including CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office. * Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. **Remote Work Environment:** As a Remote Customer Service Representative I, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a range of benefits that come with working remotely.
