**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they're completely satisfied. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues
* Providing accurate and clear information about our products and services
* Helping customers understand and manage their benefit packages effectively
