We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our call center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building relationships with our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
