**Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Customer Lending Representative - Sales at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling 200-300 calls per day on an outbound dialer, providing exceptional customer service to prospective customers and building rapport quickly
* Verifying information submitted by the consumer through an online inquiry
* Identifying customer's goals and objectives
* Sending quality lead transfers to our Loan Officers who are licensed and able to continue the conversation
* Collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve sales goals and objectives
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience
* 2+ years of outbound Call Center Experience
* Ability to handle high-volume phone calls and various rebuttals
* Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Proficient computer and data entry skills
* High School Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Bilingual skills a plus

**Compensation and Benefits:**
