**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
* Responding to chats, support tickets, and emails efficiently, helping customers resolve connectivity and account issues with ease.
* Offering step-by-step troubleshooting for internet and device-related problems, empowering customers to take control of their online experience.
* Utilizing Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions and manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely resolution and high-quality service.
* Accessing and updating customer accounts using Sonar CRM and leveraging networking tools for support, streamlining the customer experience.
* Escalating unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed and collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting, ensuring a comprehensive solution.
* Participating in quality assurance activities to improve customer service, driving excellence and innovation in our support processes.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM), with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
* Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting customer needs.
