**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Chat Specialist to join our team. As a Chat Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service, responding to online chat requests from customers, and identifying their wants and needs. You will be responsible for having dynamic conversations that drive the consumer to want to do business with us, while working in a fast-paced environment and meeting individual and company benchmarks.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to prospects in chat software, social media accounts, and email if needed, providing a personalized experience for each consumer based on their wants and needs.
* Schedule a consultation between the prospective client and our Sales Representatives.
* Keep a detailed log of your contacts, including those who were not interested.
* Follow up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past.
* Be open to stepping in to take calls ranging from 15-minute calls to actual sales calls when needed.
* Collaborate with the team to meet individual and company benchmarks.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Experience navigating website pages and quickly identifying information.
* Social media experience.
* Effective written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly.
* Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
* Critical thinking skills.
* Adaptable.
* Career-oriented and professional.
* Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Associate is a plus.
