Whether it's through regular coffee chats, game-playing, or story-telling, we make sure to build strong bonds and foster a sense of community. **The Opportunity** We're seeking a talented Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Support & Success team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for addressing inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support, ensuring that they get the most out of our platform. In addition to providing exceptional support, you'll also play a critical role in passing customer feedback and challenges to our Engineering, Product, and Executive teams. **What You'll Do** As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include: * Responding to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from existing customers and prospects * Advising customers on the best way to use our software to meet their needs * Tracking customer interactions in Salesforce * Assisting prospects during their trial period to ensure they understand our product functionality * Serving as a conduit for customers to communicate product and feature requests to Product Managers * Assisting our Customer Success Managers in dealing with large customers * Contributing to the Support Knowledge-base * Conducting product demos for prospects * Conducting Onboarding and Account Reviews for existing customers **About You** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least 1-2 years of experience working directly with customers, preferably in a SaaS environment * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on customer-centric communication * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences * A growth mentality and a self-motivated approach to learning and development * Experience working with technology, including web and mobile applications * Ability to work 9am-6pm EST **Our Benefits** As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Unlimited PTO policy, with most team members taking 3-4 weeks off per year, plus major holidays and a company-wide week off in December * Annual company offsite, where we get together as a whole company to build connections and have fun * Social time, including regular coffee chats, game-playing, and story-telling to build strong relationships * Generous health insurance for US employees and their families, including dental and vision plans * Equity for all full-time roles **Confidence is Key** We believe that everyone deserves a chance to grow and succeed, regardless of their background or experience.
