Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner * Resolving product questions, order issues, and other customer concerns efficiently and effectively * Utilizing resources and knowledge base to resolve complex problems and provide accurate solutions * Participating in training and meetings to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives **Your Workday** Your workday will be structured to maximize focus and effectiveness. Here's an overview of your typical day: * Morning Shift (9:15 AM - 11:30 AM): Access the careerzynith customer service platform and respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. * Lunch Break (11:30 AM - 12:30 PM): Take a break to recharge. * Afternoon Shift (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM): Continue assisting customers, utilizing resources and knowledge base to resolve complex problems.
