Job description
We are seeking a stellar Bilingual Call Center Representatives who excel at creating instant connections and building rapport with patients. This role will focus primarily on scheduling new patient appointments, while also providing support to existing patients as needed.
Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Skills
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Strong computer skills
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Minimum high school degree
• Must be fluent in English and secondary language, Mandarin OR Spanish preferred
Work Schedule & Hours
• Full-time 5-day work week, including all Saturdays
• One weekday off plus Sundays off
• 8-hour shifts scheduled within business hours of 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience
• Sales Service: 10+ year (Strongly preferred)
• call center: 10+ year (Preferred)
