**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and other digital channels, providing accurate and helpful information about our energy services and products.
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, using your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with customer accounts.
* Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
* Meeting or exceeding customer service and sales performance metrics, driving growth and revenue for arenaflex.
* Participating in comprehensive training programs to ensure your success in this role, including onboarding, product knowledge, and technical skills development.

* First Contact Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher
* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
* Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
