**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service through chat support. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer experiences that meet and exceed our customers' expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through chat support, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Handle a high volume of customer requests, including product inquiries, shipping damage claims, order status updates, vendor communications, pricing calculations, and more
* Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers through chat
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including day, evening, and weekend shifts
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry
* Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, including products, features, and benefits
* Sales acumen, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products to customers
* Creativity and resourcefulness, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to customer issues
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
