As a Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent) - DCA, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our airport operations. **Key Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent) - DCA, you will be responsible for: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, in addition to being responsible for timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding Cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism. * Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of airport operations. * Participating in safety-conscious behaviors and adhering to all operational processes and procedures. **Work Environment and Schedule:** As a Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent) - DCA, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on ensuring the safe and timely transportation of cargo and baggage. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight.
