As a Quality Assurance and Data Entry Coordinator, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Quality Assurance and Data Entry Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include: ### Order Review * Conduct thorough reviews of customer orders to ensure completeness and accuracy * Identify and flag any discrepancies or issues that require attention * Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any order-related issues ### Service Availability Verification * Verify the availability of services in customers' areas * Document any issues or discrepancies and work with the team to resolve them * Ensure that customers are informed of any service availability limitations ### Customer Needs Assessment * Analyze customer orders to determine their needs and preferences * Suggest the best service options for customers based on their requirements * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customers receive the best possible solutions ### Credit Screening * Conduct credit checks to confirm customers' eligibility for services and promotions * Document results and apply any discounts or promotions accordingly * Ensure that customers are aware of any credit-related implications ### Payment Processing * Handle payments for activation fees, services, and other transactions * Ensure that transactions are processed smoothly and accurately * Maintain accurate records of all payments and financial transactions ### Service Activation/Scheduling * Activate services for customers as soon as possible or schedule installations that fit their availability * Record all important details of the activation or scheduling in our system * Ensure that customers are informed of any service activation or scheduling updates ### Quality Assurance * Periodically review orders to ensure that they meet our internal standards * Share feedback and suggestions to help improve our processes over time * Collaborate with the team to implement process improvements and best practices **What We're Looking For** ### Experience * Ideally, you have experience in order entry, customer service, or a similar role * Familiarity with credit checks and payment processing is a plus, but not required ### Skills * You've got a sharp eye for detail and take pride in getting things right the first time * You're great at solving problems and figuring things out on the fly * You're comfortable using order processing systems and CRM software * Communication is your strong suit, both when writing emails and speaking with others * You can work well on your own but also love being part of a team ### Technical Skills * You're proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) * Experience with CRM software and order management systems is a bonus **Why Join arenaflex?** * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!
