**Job Summary**
As a Product Tester with arenaflex, you will be responsible for conducting In-Home Usage Tests on various products, providing detailed feedback, and documenting your experiences. You will work independently, using your own computer and internet connection, and will be required to follow specific instructions and guidelines provided by our team. This is a flexible and part-time opportunity that is perfect for those looking for an entry-level position, seasonal work, or temporary work.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct In-Home Usage Tests on various products, following specific instructions and guidelines provided by our team
* Properly document In-Home Usage Tests, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and other relevant information
* Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
* Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project
* Participate in online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and other tasks as required
* Use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology) to capture Point-of-Emotion insights and gain unparalleled depth of responses (as required)
* Participate in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
* Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
