**Your Impact**
As a Manager of Customer Insights, you'll be the go-to expert for media performance reporting, data visualization, and strategic recommendations. You'll work closely with our top clients to develop and execute media strategies that drive business growth, while also elevating their understanding of the arenaflex customer. Your expertise will be sought after by internal partners, external clients, and agencies alike, making you a vital part of our LMN Insights team.
**What You'll Do**
* Develop and implement annual strategic learning plans for our business(es) supported, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's overall growth strategy.
* Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
* Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, data visualization, and standardized reporting, ensuring seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.
* Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments, regularly delivering these insights to internal leadership and external vendor-partners.
* Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, and insights, ensuring consistency and excellence across our retail media business.
* Craft compelling data stories that support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables, showcasing the power of data-driven insights.
* Collaborate with our Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.
* Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to arenaflex's LMN Insights team and the broader retail media business, highlighting the state of the arenaflex customer in key forums with leadership.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative.
* 5+ years of experience in insights and analytics, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven strategies.
* 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics, with a deep understanding of the retail landscape.
* Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience in storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way.
* Experience with A/B testing, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and SQL or similar tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA).
* Proven experience in leading teams and driving business impact, with a track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
* Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment, with a deep understanding of the complexities of the retail landscape.
* Experience working with advanced analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics).

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Starting salary range: $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually, based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
