**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a Customer Success Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing and growing our current customer base, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive customer success. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or in-person to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and resolve any issues or concerns
* Create and edit sales orders, quotes, and invoices using our Sage database to ensure accurate and timely processing
* Research and stay up-to-date on the latest apparel products and promotional items to provide expert recommendations to customers
* Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions to their questions and concerns
* Manage and grow our current customer base of over 100 schools, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve customer success goals
* Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations
* Coordinate and manage UPS shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
* Represent arenaflex at conferences and trade shows, building relationships with customers and promoting our products and services
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales, marketing, or customer service
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to meet customer needs
* Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Sage, to manage customer interactions and data
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in the promotional products or apparel industry
* Familiarity with UPS shipping processes and procedures
* Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on customer relationship management
* Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
* Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
