**Key Responsibilities**
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Learning our proprietary scripted dialogue system to schedule attorneys for hearings
* Gaining a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently to meet our high standards of customer support
* Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
* Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas
