**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service department, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, while also driving sales and growth through proactive outreach and engagement. * Set appointments and conduct presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Utilize basic computer knowledge to navigate our CRM system and complete necessary paperwork
* Conduct quality control checks to ensure exceptional service standards are met
* Participate in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Upbeat and positive attitude, with great energy and a passion for delivering exceptional service
* Ability to interact effectively with people and groups at all levels, from clients to management and employees
* Strong customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a union or association setting
* Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
