**Job Summary**
We're seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented Online Customer Service Representative to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team. As a CSR, you'll provide world-class customer experience to our customers through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting issues, and providing expert guidance on our insurance policies. This is not a call center job – we're an insurance agency that values individuality and autonomy.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
* Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
* Maintain regular and timely attendance
* Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
* Ability to manage individual stress/composure
* Other duties as assigned
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* High School Diploma
* 2 years' experience in customer service
* Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
* Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
