**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Online Customer Chat Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support to customers in a timely and efficient manner. If you have strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, PLM, SAP basis), and experience in customer support, we encourage you to apply.
**Key Responsibilities**
