**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing superior customer service and facilitating the rental process. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Meet and Greet Customers**: Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, setting the tone for a positive experience.
* **Provide Exceptional Customer Service**: Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to ensure customers have a seamless experience.
* **Offer Additional Assistance**: Provide directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information to enhance the customer experience.
* **Handle Incoming Calls**: Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors.
* **Make Outgoing Calls**: Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
* **Assess Vehicle Condition**: Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
* **Notify Management**: Notify Management of any known customer problems, vehicle problems, and required vehicle maintenance.
* **Continuously Develop Skills**: Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities, and any company-sponsored classroom training.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Age Requirement**: Be at least 18 years old.
* **Education**: Hold a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
* **Customer Service Experience**: Have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
* **Driver's License**: Possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
* **Work Authorization**: Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
