**Responsibilities:**
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing quick and accurate assistance to customers, ensuring a positive experience during their online interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Answering Incoming Customer Live Chats:** Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
* **Evaluating Customer Interactions:** Assess customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
* **Creating Relationships with New Customers:** Build rapport with new customers to better understand and meet their needs.
* **Promoting Client Products and Services:** Encourage customers to explore and engage with client products and services.
* **Providing Administrative Support:** Assist the customer service team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting.
* **Assisting with Overflow Work:** Help with overflow work and other duties as needed to ensure seamless customer support.
**Requirements:**
