**Responsibilities**
As a Salesforce Data Entry Assistant Pro Bono with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our global team and helping us achieve our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Data Entry to Salesforce**: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
* **Proper pulldown labeling of data within Salesforce for tracking**: Develop and implement effective data tracking systems, using Salesforce's robust features to monitor and analyze data.
* **Research our clients and partners' contact using our tools- Spokeo, Snov.io**: Utilize our proprietary research tools to gather information about our clients and partners, ensuring that we have the most up-to-date and accurate contact information.
* **Research on our clients' and partners' bios and enter it into Salesforce**: Conduct thorough research on our clients and partners, gathering information about their backgrounds, experiences, and achievements, and entering this information into our Salesforce database.
* **With proven success & a positive attitude, take on special projects**: Demonstrate your skills and expertise by taking on special projects and initiatives, contributing to the growth and development of arenaflex.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Bachelor's degree** or equivalent training.
* **Strong data entry Salesforce experience**: Proven experience working with Salesforce, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
* **Meticulous attention to detail**: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date.

**Duration and Location**
This is a part-time, flexible remote position, available for a minimum of six months. You'll work with a highly globally focused team from more than 20 countries, including Russia, China, Japan, Ukraine, Georgia, the Philippines, Haiti, Germany, Canada, the Kurdish population, South Korea, the U.K., Brazil, Kenya, and many more.
