**Job Summary**
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and accurate assistance to customers visiting our clients' websites. You'll be responsible for engaging with visitors, addressing their questions and concerns, and promoting interest in our clients' products and services. **Responsibilities**
As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
* Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately
* Promoting interest in client products and services
* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
* A strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within a team-oriented environment
* PC keyboarding and internet experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
* An upbeat positive attitude and professional demeanor
* Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
* The ability to compose professional emails
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
* Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
* An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality
