**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Lockbox Processor (Government) - Scanning and Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Extracting remittances based on standard operating procedures and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Processing and/or reconciling transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintaining high productivity and quality levels.
* Ensuring the appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions, and confirming equipment is operational, if applicable.
* Providing feedback on workflow and work received, and reviewing transactions and related documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
* Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* No degree required; high school diploma or GED preferred.
* Ability to perform repetitive functions and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
* Basic ten key skills and some machine operation may be required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
