As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers via live chat with a range of issues, including login problems, billing questions, subscription management, and troubleshooting. **Technical Requirements & Skills**

**Compensation & Scheduling**
* Starting pay: $25/hour
* Raises to $30–$35/hour after 30 QA-approved shifts

**Training & Onboarding**
* 2-hour online onboarding, covering arenaflex's policies, procedures, and software
* Practice chats with simulated customers, allowing you to develop your skills and build confidence

* Paid work begins within 3–5 days, with ongoing training and support to help you succeed
