In 2018, we were voted World's Best Escape Room and have even been featured on an episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta. **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Associate – Escape the Mystery Room Game Master. As a Game Master, your primary goal is to "facilitate fun" by constantly interacting with and servicing visiting players as they arrive for their reserved game times. This is a great opportunity for anyone excited for the chance to grow and develop with a company that is looking to change the face of how people interact socially through live games and activities. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service and Sales Associate – Escape the Mystery Room Game Master, you will be responsible for: * Representing the arenaflex brand in a friendly and professional manner during every customer/employee interaction * Exhibiting polite, respectful behavior as guests enter, experience, and exit the venue * Going above and beyond to meet the needs of our visiting guests, actively looking for ways to wow them * Achieving team and individual goals by promoting and selling all arenaflex game services and VIP Reward offers * Enthusiastically greeting new guests as they arrive for their scheduled appointments or simply stop in to inquire about the experience * Using excellent verbal skills to provide information to guests about the overall game experience, room options, and safety rules * Exhibiting good manners as you guide each guest to their selected game room * Providing a (teeny-tiny) hint to help our guests get moving again, without giving away clues * Supporting, encouraging, and affirming their game strategy as they exit their rooms, and inviting them back in the future after taking a keepsake photo using our greenscreen technology * Being an active contributor to daily housekeeping operations, including the quick, sanitizing, and accurate recovery of each game room immediately after use * Having an open ear to any guest who happens to express any dissatisfaction with their experience, escalating their grievances upward with urgency * Arranging furniture, backdrops, props, or window displays, as outlined by company standards * Ensuring signage, written game clues, etc., reflect appropriate changes in themed promotions and uphold company guidelines * Performing daily opening/end-of-day tasks **Requirements for Consideration** To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must: * Possess a High School diploma (or GED) * Have at least 1 year of previous customer service experience * Be able to lift up to 50lbs * Successfully pass 2 – 3 professional reference checks * Be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays * Have the ability to adapt during slow reservation days and fast-paced reservation days, as well as with large groups of 50 or more visiting players * Possess multi-tasking capability and good time management skills **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy: * A Fun/Casual, Family-Friendly Workplace * Collaborative, Engaged Co-Workers/Managers * Paid Training + A 90-Day On-the-Job Training Program * Work-Life Balance!
