As a Learning Associate – Virtual Training Facilitator, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, engaging, and effective learning experiences to arenaflex customers. You will work closely with our team to design, develop, and deliver virtual training programs that meet the needs of our customers and drive business results. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Learning Associate – Virtual Training Facilitator, you will be responsible for:
* Facilitating virtual training sessions for arenaflex customers, using a variety of tools and platforms to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences
* Designing and developing virtual training programs that meet the needs of our customers and drive business results
* Collaborating with our team to identify learning objectives, develop training content, and evaluate program effectiveness
* Managing challenging classroom situations, including performance management of the classroom experience
* Preparing for class in a well-managed way, following the Virtual Classroom Guide (class set-up, roster, communication, logistics, technology access, etc.)
* Integrating business strategy and priorities into delivery as appropriate
* Partnering with stakeholders to include compliance and other specialty projects
* Consulting with clients to understand needs and provide recommendations
* Staying current on team meeting materials & updates
* Completing administrative duties as needed (Class Folder Updates, Weekly Training Report Completion, System access request follow-up)
* Delivering coaching and feedback to learners
* Adapting to different learning styles and technological platforms

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* At least 2 years of experience facilitating training
* At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to different learning styles and technological platforms
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
We are looking for professionals with:
* At least 2 years of experience using facilitator tools such as Zoom, Snag It, and virtual training tools
* At least 3 years of experience facilitating training
* Experience in instructional design and development
* Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices
* Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
**Work from Home Technology Requirements**
To work from home, you will need:
* A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
* A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
* A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
* Internet service provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
* Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
* ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
* To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to www.google.com, type Speed Test, and run from the Google landing page
* Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met
