**Your Key Responsibilities**
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
* Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to provide a seamless customer experience
* Leading shifts on a regular basis, gaining entry-level management experience and developing your leadership skills
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service
* Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals and maintain a positive, energetic store atmosphere

**Physical Requirements**
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
