**What You Will Be Doing**
As an Instagram Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for managing direct messages on Instagram for various online businesses with large followings. Your primary goal will be to respond to inquiries related to product details, shipping rates, return policies, and other promotional information using a pre-prepared document with answers to frequently asked questions. Your timely and accurate responses will help enhance customer interaction and contribute to sales growth through the Instagram app.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage direct messages on Instagram for various online businesses with large followings
* Respond to inquiries related to product details, shipping rates, return policies, and other promotional information using a pre-prepared document with answers to frequently asked questions
* Enhance customer interaction and contribute to sales growth through timely and accurate responses within the Instagram app
* Work independently and adhere to detailed instructions
* Commit to at least 10 hours of availability each week
* Maintain a reliable internet connection
**Skills and Background Needed:**
* Possess a device (phone or tablet) with access to Instagram
