* Serve as the frontline team member for arenaflex, helping to reunite pets with their owners and making a tangible difference in their lives.
* Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional customer service, adhering to our high standards of quality and excellence.
* Participate in daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work day and evening shifts to meet the needs of our customers.
