**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling incoming calls and making outbound follow-ups as needed, updating phone status accordingly
* Navigating between multiple systems, including phone software, documentation tools, and online resources
* Keeping clear and accurate records of calls and actions
* Responding to inquiries via telephone and email regarding COBRA and billing eligibility for insurance plans, and general questions regarding policies and payments
* Providing polite, professional, and courteous responses to customer inquiries at all times
