Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling incoming calls and making outbound follow-ups as needed, updating phone status accordingly * Navigating between multiple systems, including phone software, documentation tools, and online resources * Keeping clear and accurate records of calls and actions * Responding to inquiries via telephone and email regarding COBRA and billing eligibility for insurance plans, and general questions regarding policies and payments * Providing polite, professional, and courteous responses to customer inquiries at all times **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility and comfort of working from home.
