**Key Responsibilities**
As an Immunization Data Entry Specialist (ETS), you will be responsible for:
* Processing immunization forms obtained by upload, e-mail, or mail, ensuring accurate information is entered into our database and maintaining copies of the forms.
* Overseeing student compliance with State and University immunization requirements for over 5,000 students, including visiting students with differing requirements.
* Notifying students via secure patient portal when further immunizations are needed.
* Entering and maintaining immunization medical records.
* Collaborating closely with Immunization coordinators and Immunization nurses to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
* Communicating with students regarding immunization compliance status.
* Maintaining knowledge of the Georgia Registry of Immunization Transactions and Services.
* Assisting new and returning students with understanding immunization requirements.
* Maintaining all immunization documentation and reviewing for compliance.
* Contacting and liaising with outside organizations as needed.
* Assisting students, parents, and visitors with immunization-related questions and issues.
* Overseeing and generating immunization information, correspondence, and automated immunization notifications.
* Responding to group email box immunization inquiries.
* Overseeing the completion of data input and filing of immunization documentation.
**Minimum Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* One year of data entry experience.
* Ability to keyboard or type 45 accurate words per minute.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* One year (1-year) of experience related to data entry in a health-related field.
* Familiarity with immunization regulations and procedures.
