**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to our customers, building ongoing business relationships, and driving sales growth. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing solutions to their problems. You will also be responsible for processing quotes, taking orders, and providing post-order service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide expert assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person at our facility
* Use customer service skills and talents to clarify customer needs, do research, and recommend parts
* Focus on meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction
* Process quotes, take orders, and provide post-order service
* Build ongoing business relationships with customers through repeated contact and consultation
* Utilize mechanical aptitude to help solve customer problems or troublesome processes
**Requirements**
* 6 months of customer service experience preferred
* Desire to increase knowledge in industrial distribution products
* Excellent telephone skills
* Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly
* Enjoys working with computers, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook & Excel) and comfortable with Google search engine
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR)
* SAP/ERP experience, preferred but not required
* Some knowledge of industrial distribution products and hydraulics, preferred but not required
