**Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Your responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling if required
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need:
* A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 MBPS and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 MBPS
* An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 30MS
* Proof of internet speed required
* A clean and quiet workspace
