You'll work closely with our team to resolve inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about our student health insurance products. If you're a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we invite you to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to members and clients, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner * Learn the basics of insurance and understand the student health insurance products serviced by arenaflex * Navigate the LuminX claim system to resolve member inquiries and provide accurate information * Meet and/or exceed productivity standards, ensuring calls are answered within queue standards and deadlines/turn-around times are met * Demonstrate a sense of urgency, providing accurate responses to callers, and ensuring all voicemail messages are obtained and calls are returned within 24 hours * Consistently maintain a positive and professional attitude, communicating issues and concerns to supervisors in a timely manner * Respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving member concerns * Perform other duties as assigned or as situation dictates **Essential Qualifications** * A minimum of one year's work experience in customer service, preferably in a health insurance setting, medical billing office, coding with a healthcare provider, or related field * Effective communication skills, with the ability to be patient, resilient, and stress-tolerant * Customer-focused with a genuine interest in helping others, possessing a cooperative and team-oriented approach * Mature, responsible, and dependable, with a focus on attention to detail and quality of service * Above-average computer proficiency skills, with the ability to type and navigate various software systems * Stable work history, with a proven track record of meeting productivity standards and deadlines * Excellent phone etiquette skills, with the ability to multitask while maintaining integrity and quality of service **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a health insurance setting, medical billing office, or coding with a healthcare provider * Familiarity with LuminX claim system or similar software * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Why arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we foster a culture of growth that empowers our employees to deliver exceptional service and exceed expectations.
