You'll provide top-tier support via live chats, troubleshooting websites, domains, and hosting errors to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and solve customer issues related to websites, emails, domains, DNS, WordPress, and more, via live chat and tickets;
- Assist with website migrations and provide expert advice on optimizing hosting setups;
- Deliver timely, resourceful support that exceeds customer expectations;
