As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our research and development initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews, providing valuable insights and feedback on various products and services. **Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Participating in online or in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on various topics, including:
+ Child-related issues (individuals with children 18 years or younger)
+ Cell phone usage (Apple, Android, or Windows, prepaid or contract)
+ Entertainment (TV shows, movies, and video games)
+ Food preferences (fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining)
+ Sports (casual viewers and die-hard fans)
+ Electronics (device preferences and usage)
+ Pets (animal lovers needed, including dogs, cats, and other pets)
+ Automobiles (vehicle ownership, payments, or leasing)
* Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
* Participating by completing written and oral instructions
* Completing written surveys provided for each panel
* MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
* Must have access to a reliable internet connection
* Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
* Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* No experience required, but must be able to work independently
