**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans to maximize the value of our $1B+ annual professional services spend. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, and will be responsible for negotiating contracts with external providers. **Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
* Developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans to maximize the value of our $1B+ annual professional services spend
* Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
* Negotiating contracts with external providers to ensure the best possible terms and conditions
* Managing the sourcing process from RFI/RFP to contract award and post-award administration
* Analyzing bids and proposals to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
* Developing and executing clear, based negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology
* Preparing and executing contracts, as well as carrying out post-award administration
* Understanding and supporting the development and execution of performance control applications with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost
* Ensuring compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices
* Communicating and documenting to management the reputation of any significant outside relationships that would impact planning and decision-making
* Analyzing market trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and outside providers and/or pricing
* Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on current business best practices
* Demonstrating exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances
* Showing skillability with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
* 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of professional services sourcing experience
* Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels
* Strong strategic agility
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong negotiation skills
* Ability to collaborate in a team environment
* Internal client awareness
* Ability/choice to work in various environments
* Ability to handle ambiguity
* Knowledge of:
+ Sourcing & Procurement processes
+ Basic legal phrases & conditions
+ Entertainment industry trends and conditions
+ Proven skillability with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements
+ Established experience working with the legal department on subjects regarding boilerplate revisions to phrases and conditions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services
* Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus
* Consulting/Advisory history is a plus
**Required Education**
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
