As a Director of Strategy - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing process improvements, and driving operational excellence. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for customer experience, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Partner with senior leaders across careerzynith to identify areas of key organizational focus and develop strategic plans to address those opportunities. * Lead multiple project teams to drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with Operations Managers and Analysts to develop, staff, pilot, and implement process improvements within our stores. * Develop and implement project work flows and roll-out schedules to ensure timely and effective execution. * Measure the impact of changes and new projects on operational areas and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement. * Partner with Field Implementation Managers to establish project metrics and tollgates to ensure successful implementation. * Utilize expertise in strategic thinking and process design to drive successful improvements in operational areas, focusing on quick implementation and quick return on investment. * Evaluate needs of multiple project requests and impact on operational areas, aggregating data gathered by Operations Analysts to ensure project needs are met. * Select, develop, and motivate assigned staff to achieve exceptional results. **Direct Manager/Direct Reports** * Direct and indirect reports typically include 5 professionals and 14 support associates. * Requires strong interpersonal skills for dealing with sensitive or controversial situations. * Faces situations with various interpretations and requires careful evaluation. * Considers new approaches within general policies and short-term goals when solving problems. * Provides infrequent status reports to management as appropriate. **Travel Requirements** * Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. **Physical Requirements** * Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. * Rarely requires moving or lifting light articles. **Working Conditions** * Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from dust, fumes, or odors. * Under regular pressure to meet deadlines, quotas, and/or deal with difficult issues related to people or situations. **Minimum Qualifications** * Must be eighteen years of age or older. * Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. **Preferred Qualifications** * 10+ years of prior experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or other strategic roles. * Experience in applying research findings to the retail environment. * History of promotion/advancement. * Advanced degree preferred; MBA preferred. **Minimum Education** * The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. **Preferred Education** * No additional education. **Minimum Years of Work Experience** * 8 **Preferred Years of Work Experience** * No additional years of experience. **Minimum Leadership Experience** * None **Preferred Leadership Experience** * None **Certifications** * None **Competencies** * Proven financial analysis and business acumen. * Strong understanding of Operations and area of expertise. * Able to easily influence others. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent skills in communication and leveraging partnerships to benefit project objectives. * Proven track record in management and leadership skills. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative organization. * Collaborative and supportive work environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. **How to Apply** If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for customer experience, we want to hear from you.
