**Job Summary**
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions. You'll work closely with our content team to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform our content strategy. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning will help us anticipate content engagement, identify new opportunities, and optimize our marketing efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Investigate client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Anticipate content engagement to inform securing decisions and optimize content release strategies
* Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages
* Experience with statistical analysis and AI procedures, including decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
* Strong understanding of media and entertainment industry trends and challenges
