**Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
* The ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
* Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including CRM systems and productivity tools.
* Experience working in customer support, preferably in a call center or remote work environment.
