**Key Responsibilities**
As a Network Protection Examiner Understudy, your key responsibilities will include:
* Working with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to develop high-quality technical solutions
* Ensuring solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business strategies, and compliance with departmental standards
* Managing project timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required

* Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm liked
* Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk and Compliance (GRC) liked
* Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement liked
* Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program liked
* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders liked
* Fundamental knowledge of technical environment required

* Coursework or experience related to Network protection liked
* Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines liked
* Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year liked
