We're seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing expert advice on coverage options, and implementing retention strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention rates. **Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
* **Client Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
* **Risk Assessment**: Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements.
* **Retention Strategies**: Implement initiatives to enhance client retention rates and satisfaction levels.
* **Policy Reviews**: Conduct regular policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage and cost savings.
* **Renewal Processing**: Manage the renewal process efficiently and communicate changes effectively with clients.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Active Property & Casualty License**: You must hold an active Property & Casualty license to be considered for this role.
* **Previous Insurance Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of Property/Casualty service experience is required.
* **Allstate Experience**: Previous experience working with Allstate is preferred, but not required.
