**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Collaborating with clients to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support experiences
* Investigating and resolving client requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Providing proactive support to prevent issues from arising in the first place
* Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of careerzynith products and services
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients
* Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction and loyalty
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Collaborating with peers to share knowledge and best practices
* Contributing to the development of process improvements and efficiency gains
**What You'll Bring:**
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a customer-centric approach
* 2+ years of experience in providing SaaS customer support to organizations with complex models
* Proven track record of impacting clients to improve their experience and outcomes
* Experience in constructing best practices for help quality and efficiency
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript) and customer support software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, etc.)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities
