We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Utilize arenaflex's proprietary data entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into our secure systems.
* Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
* Investigate missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve all data entry-related exceptions.
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders through inbound calls, visits, and messages.
* Resolve external outliers by researching, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as per individual account requirements.
* Make phone calls to healthcare providers and others to acquire data, obtain supersede endorsements, or resolve external outliers.
* Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, to identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed.
* Maintain a dynamic pharmacy technician certification or registration within the first 90 days and keep a current certification or registration.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Basic computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between applications, saving files, printing documents, and accessing data online.
* Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms.
* Intermediate-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute, typing from memory, and organizing documents.
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
* 18 years or older.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.
* At least one and a half years of pharmacy technician experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
* Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 words per minute, typing from memory, and organizing documents.
* Familiarity with Spanish and English.
