**What We Do**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the front line of our core product, ensuring the continued success and growth of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service via live chat, phone, email, and other communication channels
* Generating leads for our clients' sales departments
* Delivering excellent customer service through different means of communication
* Qualifying leads and processing refunds and returns in our clients' ecommerce systems
* Collaborating with our team to achieve results in lead generation and customer service
