Key Responsibilities

- Report Progress and Maintain Records: Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders, maintain bookkeeping systems, databases, and records, and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Monitor Claims and Ensure Mutual Satisfaction: Monitor service representative claims to ensure mutual satisfaction, resolve complaints, and process orders efficiently.
- Achieve Customer Acquisition and Revenue Growth Objectives: Constantly update job knowledge, learn about new products and services, and fulfill all policy requirements to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Essential Qualifications
